1. what are you most looking forward to on this road trip?

Hands down, the food.  And the sightseeing, but I’m really excited to try out food from restaurants that I’ve heard about and places I’ve always wanted to go.  But it’s also a goal to visit all 50 states, and this trip will definitely add to the list.

2. what are your specific concerns about spending a solid four and a half weeks (24/7) with joellen?

Music.  Her irrational fear of the 60s and 70s has got to go.

3. who do you think would bail you out if you tried to scale mount rushmore?

Apparently not Joellen…

4. besides penny lane, what will you miss most while on the road trip?

My bed, cash flow.

5. what’s the most exciting thing you’re hoping to eat? (top 3-5 is ok.)

Hog Island Oysters are probably number one.  Food from the Minnesota State Fair is also up there, and The Girl and The Goat.  Food trucks all over the country,  seafood from the Pacific, good, authentic Mexican.  The list goes on and on and on.
